Deciding to go with initials on my name and trading in one of them for a cooler one. There's another author out there with similar nomenclature and our readerships are clashing.
I've had some poetry and fiction published under the name of Maria Kelly...but pretty much everything I'm submitting from now on will have the M. X. Kelly name attached to it.
I hope it's a good name for me.
